We, the Mannaje Online Services Private Limited allows you to hire maids, darji, housekeeping, baby massage expert, household repairs and maintenance experts and cloth cleaning & cloth press services at your door by visiting our services websites.

  1. Bookmybabyspa.com - Our baby massage service allow you to hire massage experts service for new born Baby, Postnatal Mother, Kids and Elder.

  2. Supermaids.in - Our maids service allow you to hire maids as per your requirement by visiting the site.

  3. Housexperts.in - Our Household repairs and Home maintenance service allow you to hire Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Carpenter, AC Repairing, Fan Repairing, Fridge & Geyser Repairing and Civil Work experts for your Home.

  4. Thecleaningteam.in - Our Housekeeping service allow you to hire housekeeping services to keep your home (residential) & office (commercial) area clean.

  5. Dhodala.in - Our Dhodala service allow you to hire Dhobi and Ironing man service for your valuable clothes.

  6. Bookmydarji.com - Our darji service allow you to hire professional tailor to make your clothes fit & perfect as you want.

(www.mannajeonlineservices.com) terms of use and privacy policy. By agreeing the terms of use/terms & condition and privacy policy of Mannaje Online Services Private Limited company, mean you are agreeing with all services providing websites of Mannaje Online Services Private Limited company.

Hiring Process

1. We do hire candidates (massage experts) for you who are genuine, passionate, hard working, experienced and loving their massage work.

2. We do check candidates (massage experts) Residential proof and ID proof before hiring them.

3. We do allow client to take interview of candidates (massage experts) regarding massage work.

4. Once the client give us the confirmation on the selected massage expert then we ask massage experts to join the duty as per the decided time and place.

5. We do personally met and shortlisted candidates (massage experts) before hiring them. 6. We do hire only those massage experts who pass our quality tests.

Registration

1. Online Registration: The company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) doesn’t provide the online registration facility to candidate on the website (Bookmybabyspa.com).

2. Offline Registration: The candidate must have to visit the office to get an job (to become an employee) in the company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) under the website (Bookmybabyspa.com) as a massage expert. Once the candidate (massage expert) selected by HR and Hiring team they will let them know about work the joining date. Candidate has to follow the company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) procedure before joining us.

Document

1. Candidate must have to follow the document procedure of the company.

2. The company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) will not be responsible if any staff or team member misuse the candidate personal documents (copies) for him or his/her friend. We always keep the candidates personal documents confidentials but sometime bad luck happens.

Visit

1. We don't charge for any visiting. Client (You) don’t have to pay any amount for visiting.

2. Client (You) have to confirm the visiting time and date.

Fees (Payment Process)

1. Client (You) has to pay us service charges / salary of massage expert for Full Time, Part Time or 24 hrs on monthly basis.

2. Once, the massage expert joins, the payment shall be made within 2 - 3 days working days.

3. Client (You) need to pay us a "monthly basis" payment/salary for providing services to you.

Candidates (Massage Expert) Salary

1. The monthly salary of the massage experts to be given directly to the company. The client doesn’t need to give salary to massage expert.

2. We hire massage expert as a employee under the company. Client doesn’t need to pay them.

3. Company will pay the monthly salary or working payment to the massage expert for their work.

Replacement

1. If the massage expert leaves the work before the duration of work, the company provides a facility of free replacement, for period of 6 month only, massage replacement facility is of (1 + 2) in 6 months. But if for any reason the client wants to cancel the contract no refund will be made, service charges fees, Non - Refundable.

2. In case the massage expert is absent because she is unwell/family emergency, another replacement will be given as soon as possible for massage.

Refund

1. We don’t refund the money (fees/payment amount) to client after 7 days of massage expert (her) joins.

2. Refund process takes time, client has to wait till 7 days from the date of refund is acceptable by the (company) service provider.

Security

1. The company is not going to bear any responsibility for any kind of theft or loss of property done by the employee (massage expert), client should check their belonging before & after leaving premises.

2. The company will not bear any risk or responsibility regarding any accident or sexual harassment or abuse caused by the client relatives with the employee during the full period of employment.

3. The company is not going to bear any responsibility for any kind of accident done by the employee (massage expert) with you or your baby etc.

Verification

1. We (Company) do the document verification by asking them their ID Proof (Pan Card) and Residential Proof (Aadhar Card) before providing them to you for your house maids work. We also visit their Home at the given residential address to check the address as well as ask neighbours about his/her behaviour and background (past stories).

2. We does the POLICE VERIFICATION of the candidates (massage experts) if it is require. This ensures that the candidate (massage expert) is free of any criminal charges in the past. At any given point of time, if there is any crime done by the candidate (Civil or Criminal), Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd. (Bookmybabyspa.com) Company OR STAFF WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for the same.

Medical

1. While every endeavour is made by Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd. (Bookmybabyspa.com) to introduce satisfactory massage expert to the client, it is the responsibility of the client to satisfy themselves of the suitability of an applicant before hiring them. If required the client may arrange medical examinations of the massage expert prior to hiring her.

2. Medical Expenses, will be paid by client, if the client may arrange medical examinations. We (Company) does provide Medical Insurance to our employee (massage experts) after 6 months of joining the company.

Billing / Invoice

1. Client will receive the invoice at the time of payment is made.

2. Client will receive the invoice in the name of Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd because the Bookmybabyspa.com (Massage Service) comes under the same.

GST

1. Client has to pay us GST extra.

Hiring Process

1. We do hire candidates (maids) for you who are genuine, passionate, hard working, experienced and loving their maids work.

2. We do check candidates (maids) Residential proof and ID proof before hiring (listing them on website) for you.

3. We do allow client to take interview of candidates (maids) regarding maids work.

4. Once the client give us the confirmation on the selected maids then we ask maid to join the duty as per the decided time and place.

5. We do personally met and shortlisted candidates (maids) before hiring (listing them on website) for you.

6. We do listed only those maids on our website (supermaids.in) who pass our quality tests.

Registration

1. Candidate must register their self online by filling the website (Supermaids.in) register form online to make their profile active online.

2. After the online registration (Profile Creation) process, candidate has to fill up the hard copy of another registration form to get confirmation of your registration from company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.). Candidate will get a hard copy of another registration form which will directly send by company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) to the candidate registered address. Candidate has to fill up the form and resend it to the company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) for the final registration process.

Document

1. Candidate must have to follow the document procedure of the company.

2. The company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) will not be responsible if any staff or team member misuse the candidate personal documents (copies) for him or his/her friend. We always keep the candidates personal documents confidentials but sometime bad luck happens.

Visit

1. We don't charge for any visiting. Client (You) don’t have to pay any amount for visiting.

2. Client (You) have to confirm the visiting time and date.

Fees (Payment Process)

1. Client has to pay us professional charges / fees of One Month (1 Month) salary offered to Candidate for Full Time, Part Time or 24 hrs.

2. For abroad position, the service charges or fee is of one month (1 month) salary offered to candidate at the time of the joining.

3. Once, the candidate is joins, the payment shall be made within 2 - 3 days working days.

4. Client (You) need to pay us a "one-time" fee for finding you a maid.

Candidates (Maids) Salary

1. The monthly salary of the maid needs to be given directly to the maid. The client doesn’t need to give maids salary to company.

Replacement

1. If the candidate leaves the work within 6 months, the company provides a facility of free replacement, for period of 6 month only, candidate replacement facility is of (1 + 2) in 6 months. But if for any reason the client wants to cancel the contract no refund will be made, service charges fees, Non - Refundable.

2. In case the candidate is absent because he/she is unwell/family emergency, no replacement will be given if the candidate promises to join back as soon he / she is healthy/fit for work. In case the candidate does not join back within 10 days, you can ask us for replacement.

Refund

1. We don’t refund the money (fees/payment amount) to client after 7 days of maid (his/her) joins.

2. Refund process takes time, client has to wait till 7 days from the date of refund is acceptable by the company.

Security

1. The company is not going to bear any responsibility for any kind of theft or loss of property done by the employee, client should check their belonging before & after leaving premises.

2. The company will not bear any risk or responsibility regarding any accident or sexual harassment or abuse caused by the client relatives with the employee during the full period of employment.

Verification

1. We (Company) do the document verification by asking them their ID Proof (Pan Card) and Residential Proof (Aadhar Card) before providing them to you for your house maids work. If required the client may arrange medical examinations of the candidate prior to hiring them.

2. Medical Expenses, will be paid by client, if agency does there behalf.

We (Company) doesn't provide any mediclaim to the candidates. Client can get Mediclaim Plans for him/her.

Billing / Invoice

1. Client will receive the invoice at the time of payment is made.

2. Client will receive the invoice in the name of Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd because the Supermaids.in (Maids Service) comes under the same.

GST

1. Client has to pay us GST extra.

Housexperts works with freelancers and contractors as an aggregator. The invoice will be generated by the serviceman who visits the customer to do the job.

An estimate on behalf of serviceman will be shared via email. If you require a bill with STN and TIN then please contact our customer support team at 8879816127 / 9702881692. An invoice will get re-generated with applicable taxes.

A warranty of 48 hours is applicable on all services delivered, for all bookings made through Housexperts Call Center or Housexperts website.

Rs. 250 is the minimum visiting/inspection charge, no visiting charges will be added if the work is done by us. By hiring our service, you agree to our terms and conditions for the same.

Hiring Process

1. We do hire candidates (electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter, home repairing, ac repairing etc. experts) for you who are genuine, passionate, hard working, experienced and loving their profession.

2. We do check candidates (electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter, home repairing, ac repairing etc. experts) Residential proof and ID proof before hiring (listing them on website) for you.

3. Once the client give us the confirmation on work then we fix the experts schedule as per the decided time and place by clients.

4. We do personally met and shortlisted candidates (electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter, home repairing, ac repairing etc. experts) before hiring (listing them on website) for you.

5. We do listed only those experts (electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter, home repairing, ac repairing etc. experts) on our website (Housexperts.in) who pass our quality tests.

Registration

1. Candidate must register their self online by filling the website (Housexperts.in) register form online to make their profile active online.

2. Visit / Service Charges

Rs. 250 is the minimum visiting/inspection charge, no visiting charges will be added if the work is done by us. By hiring our service, you agree to our terms and conditions for the same.

Note:

1. Client (You) have to confirm the visiting time and date.

2. We (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd./Housexperts.in) don't provide the bill or invoice copy for visiting charges.

3. Time Spent in getting the materials organised by the specialist from the market will be included in the hours counted.

4. Parts replacement, material cost, transportation cost (if applicable) would be on actuals and are to be settled with the service partner directly.

5. Labour cost/services charges estimate (Rate Card) will be given by Service Partner. Housexperts will maintain the reasonable cost/charges from both side.

6. Please ask the Housexperts Service Partner before the start of service to insist on a material bill from the hardware shop. The part/material warranty or guarantee if any, would be mentioned on the material bill itself.

7. Printed circuit board (PCB) or related repairs would not be done by the Housexperts Service Partner.

8. We (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd./Housexperts) strongly discourages any kind of direct contact with our Service Partner. If such a scenario arises Housexperts.in (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) will not be responsible for any service delivery or service quality guarantee.

9. You (Clients) can not directly contact to the experts for any work without notifying us. If you do then you will be responsible for work quality, pricing etc.

10. You (Experts) can not use company (Housexperts.in) identity card and company's inventory for your personal work (personal client/contract). If we (Housexperts.in) found then we have a rights to take strict action on you.

Payment Process

1. Client has to pay us professional charges / fees of work as per the given quotation by experts.

2. Client has to make the payment as the work has finished.

3. Client can make the work payment through Check, Net-Banking or Cash.

4. Client has to make the full payment once the work finished.

Replacement

1. Client can ask for the replacement of Experts if he does not provide the proper service. The company provides a facility of free replacement facility is of (1 + 2). But if for any reason the client wants to cancel the contract no refund will be made, service charges fees, Non - Refundable.

2. In case the expert is absent because he is unwell/family emergency, we will be arrange another expert as soon as possible.

Rework

1. Client can ask for the rework if he/she doesn't like the work but our (company) supervisor/inspections must be agree with clients highlighted issue.

Refund

1. We don’t refund the money (fees/payment amount) to client after the work is done.

2. Refund process takes time, client has to wait till 7 days from the date of refund accepted by the company.

3. The company can pay the maximum amount upto Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) only if your refund request accepted by the company.

Damages

1. Company will not be responsible of any damages/accident done by experts at the time of working and will not provide money for any damages/accident.

Accident

1. Experts has to take of their self at the time of working in the critical situations.

2. Experts has to follow the safety instructions at the time of working given by the company.

3. Client can not ask experts to work without safety. He/She also must take care of them.

4. Company will not be responsible for any accident of experts. Experts (He/she/They) has take care of themself.

Security

1. The company is not going to bear any responsibility for any kind of theft or loss of property done by the experts, client should check their belonging before & after leaving premises.

2. The company will not bear any risk or responsibility regarding any accident during the working period of experts.

Verification

1. We (Company) do the document verification by asking them their ID Proof (Pan Card) and Residential Proof (Aadhar Card) before providing them to you for your Home Repairing and Home Maintenance work. We also visit their Home at the given residential address to check the address as well as ask neighbours about his/her behaviour and background (past stories).

2. Please Note: - We strongly suggest that the client does POLICE VERIFICATION of the candidates. This ensures that the candidate is free of any criminal charges in the past. At any given point of time, if there is any crime done by the candidate (Civil or Criminal), Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd. (Supermaids.in) Company OR STAFF WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for the same.

3. Police Verification Expenses, will be paid by client, if agency does there behalf.

Medical

If required the client may arrange medical examinations of the candidate prior to hiring them.

2. We (Company) doesn't provide any mediclaim to the experts.

Billing / Invoice

1. The invoice will be generated by the serviceman who visits the customer to do the job

4. Once the client give us the confirmation on the selected housekeeping boy/girl then we ask housekeeping boy/girl to join the duty as per the decided time and place.

5. We do personally met and shortlisted candidates (housekeeping boy/girl) before hiring them for you.

6. We do hire only those housekeeping boy/girl who pass our housekeeping/quality tests.

Housekeeping Boy/Girl / Housekeeping Service

1. We do provide two types of services mentioned below.

I) Housekeeping Boy/Girl II) Housekeeping Service

2. In housekeeping boy/girl service, we delivered the housekeeping boy/girl experts to the client.

3. In housekeeping service, we delivered the housekeeping team to clean area or premises for one time or monthly/yearly bases.

Fees (Payment Process)

1. Client has to pay us service charges / salary of Housekeeping Boy/Girl for Full Time, Part Time or 24 hrs on monthly basis.

2. Once, the Housekeeping Service team start the work, the payment shall be made within 2 - 3 days working days.

3. Client (You) need to pay us a "monthly basis" payment/salary for providing Housekeeping Boy/Girl to you.

Candidates (Housekeeping Boy/Girl) Salary

1. The monthly salary of the Housekeeping Boy/Girl to be given directly to the company. The client doesn’t need to give salary to Housekeeping Boy/Girl.

2. We hire Housekeeping Boy/Girl as a employee under the company. Client doesn’t need to pay them.

3. Company will pay the monthly salary or working payment to the Housekeeping Boy/Girl for their work.

Replacement

1. If the Housekeeping Boy/Girl leaves the work before the duration of work, the company provides a facility of free replacement, for period of 6 month only, Housekeeping Boy/Girl replacement facility is of (1 + 2) in 6 months. Rework

1. Client can ask for the rework if he/she doesn't like the work but our (company) supervisor/inspections must be agree with clients highlighted issue.

Refund

1. We don’t refund the money (fees/payment amount) to client after the work is done.

2. Refund process takes time, client has to wait till 7 days from the date of refund is acceptable by the company.

3. The company can pay the maximum amount upto Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) only if your refund request accepted by the company.

Damages

1. Company will not be responsible of any damages/accident by experts at the time working period and will not provide money for any damages/accident.

Accident

1. Housekeeping Boy/Girl has to take of their self at the time of working in the critical situations.

2. Housekeeping Boy/Girl has to follow the safety instructions at the time of working given by the company.

3. Client can not ask Housekeeping Boy/Girl to work without safety. He also must take care of them.

Security

1. The company is not going to bear any responsibility for any kind of theft or loss of property done by the employee (Housekeeping Boy/Girl), client should check their belonging before & after leaving premises.

2. The company will not bear any risk or responsibility regarding any accident or sexual harassment or abuse caused by the client relatives with the employee during the full period of employment.

2. Medical Expenses, will be paid by client, if the client may arrange medical examinations. We (Company) does provide Medical Insurance to our employee (Housekeeping Boy/Girl) after 6 months of joining the company.

Hiring Process

1. We have tied-up with well trained and experienced Dhobi (Cloth Washing) and Ironing Cloth Service Providers in Mumbai - India.

2. We do personally met and shortlisted Dhobi (Cloth Washing) and Ironing Cloth Service Providers before tied-up.

3. We do tied-up only those Dhobi (Cloth Washing) and Ironing Cloth Service Providers who pass our quality tests.

Registration

1. Online Registration: The company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) doesn’t provide the online registration facility to candidate on the website (Dhodala.in).

2. Offline Registration: The candidate must have to visit the office to get an job (to become an employee) in the company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) under the website (Dhodala.in) as a Pickup and Delivery Boy. Once the candidate (pickup and delivery boy) selected by HR and Hiring team they will let them know about work joining date. Candidate has to follow the company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) procedure before joining us.

Document

1. Candidate must have to follow the document procedure of the company.

2. The company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) will not be responsible if any staff or team member misuse the candidate personal documents (copies) for him or his/her friend. We always keep the candidates personal documents confidentials but sometime bad luck happens.

1. We don't charge for any visiting. Client (You) don’t have to pay any amount for visiting.

Fees (Payment Process)

1. Client has to pay us service charges / fees of Dhobi (Cloth Washing) and Ironing Cloth service for Daily / Weekly / Package wise or monthly basis.

2. Client (You) need to pay us a "Daily / Weekly / Package wise or monthly basis" service charges / fees for providing services to you.

Replacement

1. There is no replacement facility for damages of clothes or services. But if for any reason the client wants to cancel the contract no refund will be made, service charges fees, Non - Refundable.

Rework

1. Client can ask for the rework if he/she doesn't like the work but our (company) supervisor/inspections must be agree with clients highlighted issue.

Refund

1. We don’t refund the money (fees/payment amount) to client after the work is done.

1. Company will not be responsible of any damages/accident by Dhobi (Cloth Washing) and Ironing Cloth Service Providers and will not provide money for any damages/accident.

Accident

1. Pickup and Delivery boy has to take of himself at the time of working in the company.

2. Pickup and Delivery boy has to follow the safety instructions at the time of working given by the company.

3. Client can not ask Pickup and Delivery boy to work without safety. He also must take care of them.

Security

1. The company is not going to bear any responsibility for any kind of theft or loss of property done by the Pickup and Delivery boy, client should check their belonging before & after leaving premises.

2. The company will not bear any risk or responsibility regarding any accident during the working period of Pickup and Delivery boy.

Verification

1. We (Company) do the document verification by asking them their ID Proof (Pan Card) and Residential Proof (Aadhar Card) before sending them to you for Pickup and Delivery clothes. We also visit their Home at the given residential address to check the address as well as ask neighbours about his/her behaviour and background (past stories).

2. We does the POLICE VERIFICATION of the employee (Pickup and Delivery boy) if it is require. This ensures that the employee (Pickup and Delivery boy) is free of any criminal charges in the past. At any given point of time, if there is any crime done by the candidate (Civil or Criminal), Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd. (Dhodala.in) Company OR STAFF WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for the same.

Medical

1. While every endeavour is made by Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd. (Dhodala.in) to introduce satisfactory Pickup and Delivery boy to the client.

2. Medical Expenses, will be paid by client, if the client may arrange medical examinations. We (Company) does provide Medical Insurance to our employee (Pickup and Delivery Boy) after 6 months of joining the company.

Billing / Invoice

1. Client will receive the invoice at the time of payment is made.

2. Client will receive the invoice in the name of Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd because the Dhodala.in (Dhobi (Cloth Washing) and Ironing Cloth Service Providers) comes under the same.

GST

1. Client has to pay us GST extra.

Hiring Process

1. We provide top tailors and fashion designers online store (profile) creation places in our website (Bookmydarji.com) as per the selected packages.

2. We do personally met and shortlisted tailors and fashion designers before listed them on our website.

3. We listed only those tailors and fashion designers who pass our quality tests.

Registration

1. Store Owner/Experts (tailors and fashion designers) must register their self / Own store online by filling the website (Bookmydarji.com) register form online to make their profile/store active online.

2. After the online registration (profile/store) process, store owner/experts (tailors and fashion designers) has to fill up the hard copy of another registration form to get confirmation of your registration from company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.). Candidate will get a hard copy of another registration form which will directly send by company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) to the store owner/experts registered address. Store owner/Experts has to fill up the form and resend it to the company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) for the final registration process.

Document

1. Store owner/Experts (tailors and fashion designers) must have to follow the document procedure of the company.

2. The company (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd.) will not be responsible if any staff or team member misuse the candidate personal documents (copies) for him or his/her friend. We always keep the store owner/experts personal documents confidentials but sometime bad luck happens.

Visit

1. Visiting charges depend on the Store owner/Experts (tailors and fashion designers). We (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd) don’t ask for any charges from customer/client (you).

2. Client (You) have to confirm the visiting time and date with Store owner/Experts (tailors and fashion designers).

3. You can ask for Invoice copy for visiting charges amount from Store owner/Experts (tailors and fashion designers) if they provide the same. We (Mannaje Online Services Pvt. Ltd./Bookmydarji.com) don't provide the bill or invoice copy for visiting charges.

Fees (Payment Process)

1. Client has to pay tailors and fashion designers service fees/service amount directly to them.

2. Tailor and fashion designers has pay fees on monthly/yearly as per the selected packages.

Replacement

1. There is no replacement facility for damages of clothes or services. But if for any reason the client wants to cancel the order no refund will be made, service charges fees, Non - Refundable.

Rework

1. Client can ask for the rework if he/she doesn't like the work but the tailor and fashion designers must be agree with clients highlighted issue.
